FAQ

From the date of order, an item should take 7-10 working days. Larger furniture items may take longer depending on the size. Some items may not be currently in stock, if this is the case we will contact you upon any arrival of the product to dispatch.
Products will be delivered between Monday-Friday during working hours. Smaller items can be delivered by courier.
If your order is not what you expected, we allow you a 14-day money back guarantee. Unused goods that are returned undamaged with their original packaging are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Note that refunds of postage and packaging is subjective to the nature of the return. If the product error is due to any fault of ours, all charges will be fully refunded.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or there are any discrepancies. You can contact us by email info@woodkatouch.co.uk or telephone 07719475650. Returns are at the customers expense, except in instances where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In these instances please contact us ASAP.

If you are not available for collection of an item, a charge of £ will be incurred.

You will be charged on your card on the day you have placed your order. If the item is not
in stock, you will still be charged on the day of order as this allows us to reserve stock for

It is your responsibility to check if any product ordered will fit into your home. Dimensions
are provided for your benefit with the description and you should make sure you have viable
space, including delivery access, for the item.
