How long will products take to arrive?

 From the date of order, an item should take 7-10 working days. Larger furniture items may take longer depending on the size. Some items may not be currently in stock, if this is the case we will contact you upon any arrival of the product to dispatch.

At what times will the products arrive?

Products will be delivered between Monday-Friday during working hours. Smaller items can be delivered by courier.

What is your refund policy?

 If your order is not what you expected, we allow you a 14-day money back guarantee. Unused goods that are returned with their original packaging are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

Note that refunds of postage and packaging is subjective to nature of the return. If the product error is due to any fault of ours, all charges will be fully refunded.

When will I be charged?

 If you are not available for collection of an item, a charge of £ will be incurred. 

How do I know if the product will fit in my home?

 It is your responsiblity to check if any product ordered will fit into your home. Dimensions are provided for your benefit with the description and you should make sure you have viable space for the item.
